WHATLEY Manor's executive chef has won The Michelin Young Chef 2018 award .

Niall Keating, who achieved his first Michelin star in October last year, aged just 26, beat four other hopefuls to be crowned Young Chef of the Year, for his culinary potential and notable career progress.

OUTDOOR-LOVERS who want to develop their conservation skills can do so, thanks to the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.

It is offering Wiltshire residents the chance to try out practical skills at two open days at two of their nature reserves.
