Teen releases charity single in memory of best friend

A MALMESBURY School pupil has released a charity single in memory of her best friend.

Emily Jones, 15, released her first single called Sky Tonight on Friday (June 1), which celebrates the friendship she shared and lost with 14-year-old Hannah Cubin, who died suddenly in 2016 from a rare and undetected heart condition.

MALMESBURY School has been given a cash boost by Bloor Homes to upgrade its sixth form facilities.

The housebuilder has contributed £2,000 towards the school’s project which will see buildings undergo a complete modernisation which will help the Ofsted outstanding school to continue its success.
